Job description / Role
- To manage and be responsible for the entire sales order process, from receipt of the orders through to reconciliation of relevant documents and system postings as well as the export dispatch and documentation process.
- Management of the Customer Service operation.
- Technical Sales Support and Project Support will report to this position
- Management of Customer Service Teams, setting direction, ensuring the productivity, as well as establishing training and career progression paths while conducting annual performance appraisals.
- Responsible for customer relationship management and the follow up and closure of all customer complaints.
- Responsible to ensure that Warehouse & Logistics teams are informed of daily requirements and adherence to customer order/delivery terms and conditions.
- Manage A/R for all customer covered by GF GCC+.
- Responsible for annual review and update of all SOP’s related to the customer service department.
- Supporting and advising in the training of Customer Service employees.
Requirements
We are looking for a Manager for a new Customer Service/ Internal Sales department. Preferable experience handling customer service teams in M&C companies. Must be process minded with already experience from SAP/ Oracle or similar ERP systems. Confident in handling the whole order process including purchasing, logistics and import/ export.
We are looking for an open-minded, service-oriented team-player.
Technical understanding is a must.
