Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As a part of the Hertz Customer Service team you will manage and monitor the operations of the Lease Department, across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, through documentation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), along with creative and innovative solutions to reduce costs, increase revenue and ensure efficient utilisation of the rental fleet to meet and exceed our customer expectations.

Your duties and responsibilities will be but not limited to the following:
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Cost Reduction through innovative solutions
- Performance Management
- Customer complaints and resolution (External and Internal)
- Reporting
- Employee Engagement
- Change Management

Requirements

- A Bachelors degree in Business Management
- Minimum of 5 years in a Managerial role in Customer Service
- A valid UAE drivers license
