Job description / Role
• Monitoring Sales of the company
• Manage the company system (NODE/CID)
• Write and Create contract for customer
• Filing all the new and finish contract on designated files
• Monitor all the cars documents (Insurance/registration)
• Manage and Input Contract into RTA SYSTEM
• Check Fines for all the Car
• Reload and Maintain SALIK BALANCED
• Create LPO for car borrowed
• Edit customer Documents for company and RTA records
• Dealing with customer through Email, Phone(Call/ Message and Social Media
• Sending list of the cars available
• Make invoice/ receipt for customer
• Submit Monthly and Daily report to the Management
• Monitor Petty cash using Excel
• Checking salik trip for all the Rented cars
• Handling the company bank accounts
• Making sales purchase/ block Deposit using CARD MACHINE
• Making some sales/ discount for customer to rent
• Make advertise pictures of the car
• Monitor the Credit/Debit amount from the Bank account
• Dealing with customer complaint and query’s
• Update manager for all the company transactions/ need
• Register car into RTA , SALIK And NODE SYSTEM
• Follow-up all the pending payment to customer.
Salary:
AED
2,500 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Residence via, insurance, ect.. as per UAE labour law
Requirements
• High school diploma with proven UAE car rental company experience.
• Strong Personality
• Excellent in communication skills English (Arabic is a PLUS)
• Presentable and have good customer service.
• Knowledge Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint
• Have background in Marketing, Posting in social media.
