Customer Service Rep - TRYANO Department Store, Abu Dhabi

Customer facing and front line for dealing with Customer complaints –identify who is best to deal with customer complaints and ensure.

- Answer all incoming calls in the back office
- Cover for other staff on various tasks when necessary – telephone calls, deliveries, mall permits
- Arrange delivery of merchandise to VIPs or through Concierge service.
- Deal with Delivery companies and on occasion do the actual delivery to customers locations
- Be able to advise customers on mall services and policies and procedures.
- To assist other teams e.g.: marketing teams with 1) courier services (sending out shoes for photo shoots, sending Christmas cards etc.) and 2) occasionally they help with advertising marketing activations/activities.
- Provide Sales Support for various tasks where necessary
- Keeping Sales staff up to date on deliveries of customer packages
- Effectively and efficiently support operations flow with sales team and cashiers for transference of customer merchandise from counter to customers’ desired mode of transport/delivery.
- You should reply strictly on the e-mails direct to the reception. The other emails should be checked for the necessary information.
- Every morning there is a driver coming around 12pm to deliver and collect the post. He has to sign the blue book for every post he collects from us.
- All the cards with the customers information that we receive from the floor staff should be registered in the database .
- Send monthly requests to Burjuman office with all orders from managers
- Prepare the meeting room sheet weekly.
- Make sure the office is always tidy and ready for any meetings.
- Keep yourself updated with all the events and promotions taking place in TRYANO.

Requirements

- Arabic speaking preference
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Be able to answer calls/emails and use systems when necessary
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi currently or if not be willing to move to AUH
