Job description / Role
The customer service lady is responsible for ensuring the showroom is presentable and well organized at all times through-out the operating hours. Customer service acts as a support for the sales team whilst assisting customers in the showroom and is responsible for representing Hazar fashion Design whilst assisting the brides during the wedding.
Duties:
- Ensuring the showroom is organized and presentable at all times.
- Arranging and fixing the bridal dresses onto mannequins in the correct manor.
- Assisting the sales team whilst they are attending to customers.
- Attending weddings to assist the bride. Helping the bride into the dress and fixing it in the correct way. Responsible for ensuring the dress is arranged and sitting properly through-out the various stages of the wedding.
- When required, assisting the production team with crystal recycling.
Requirements
- Female only due to the nature of the business
- 3+ years’ experience in a customer service or sales role
- Experience in a fashion or retail industry
- Experience in the UAE
- Fluent in English is essential
