Our client has an exciting opportunity to join a growing team managing an e-commerce platform operating in the hospitality sector throughout the UAE.

As a Customer Service Representative you will join the team and provide a high level of professional customer support to customers with account enquiries. 

• To provide excellent customer service to customers as first point of contact
• Handle customer calls across all areas in an efficient and effective manner providing the highest level of customer service at all times
• Build a good rapport with customers
• Seek to retain customers by providing an excellent customer experience in support of building brand loyalty
• Demonstrate the ability to deal with customer complaints with empathy
• Maintain a good understanding of the company’s products and services including key features and benefits
• Daily management of the booking system
• Support Operations Manager with daily running of the business

Requirements

Preferred Skills

• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Excellent Communications Skills (Verbal / Written English)
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Excellent Data Entry & Typing Skills (Excel)
• Team Player
• Energetic & ambitious individual who will contribute to the overall success of the company
• Experience using Mail Chimp (desirable)
