Job Role:
• Provide customers with all required documentation for customs clearance
• Drive actions and efficient communication with customers in complaints/claims handling or any other customer requests
• Active tracking and follow up on order status
• Customer master data administration
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Indian and Filipino nationals
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
• Knowledgeable in import/export process and documentation
• Good communication skills in English
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
