Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Employment Type: 6-month contract – renewable as needed
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, over the phone, email, or in-person visits. Provide accurate information about the foundation's services, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
• Investigate and address customer complaints, concerns, or issues, ensuring timely resolution while adhering to established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Guide visitors through the application process for the foundation's programs, explaining eligibility requirements, necessary documentation, deadlines, and any additional steps involved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and case details using the foundation's designated systems or databases.
• Compile reports and provide statistical data related to customer service activities, as requested by management
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Emirati and Comoros nationals
• Male, 22 to 35 years old
• At least HS Graduate
• Minimum 6 months as Customer facing / customer service job
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
