Customer Service Representative

A key customer service representative role for a global leader in the Engineering & Parts industry to coordinate with clients in the region.

Description

* Process all quotation and order email requests following SOP and adhering to the reported SLAs for response times.
* Follow up promptly on all outstanding orders and provide timely updates to customers.
* Communicate shipping statuses for urgent orders (HOT ORDERS) and ZIP releases.
* Monitor the Kiosk to review delays and keep customers informed of any changes.
* Manage Customer RMA's and RMA Receipts, unless specific instructions for using the eRMA are provided
* Collaborate closely with the pricing team to address any discrepancies.
* Work closely with the Regions ASM on specific tenders and requests.
* Perform various support tasks to ensure comprehensive service to customers.
* Provide weekly open order reports to customers upon request.
* Attend weekly conference calls with prepared updates as necessary.
* Monthly: Review major accounts with the ASM to understand improvements and changes.

Requirements

* Technical: 2-4 years of experience within in inside sales & order processing role
* Strong command over Excel, Analytical skills
* Industry: Equipment manufacturing, Any machinery, Oil and Gas, Mechanical engineering, Automotive Distributors and similar
* ERP experience is ideal
* Order processing and customer service oriented experience
