Predominantly the Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for data entry related to visa and Emirates ID applications for the Ministry of Labour across all nationalities. Strong communication with applicants and knowledge of UAE Labour Laws is essential for this post.

Requirements

- Degree educated with 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Must be a strong communicator and possess detailed knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes.
- Excellent computer and literate skills are essential.
