Charterhouse is working with a leading manufacturing organisation who are seeking to enlarge their customer service department and require an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join their team based in Dubai.
About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a renowned multinational manufacturing company in their customer services department. You will be required to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues to provide information in relation to inquiries, product price requests and delivery support.
Other duties will include liaising between the HQ team and local teams for all order related queries and resolving any customer related issues promptly either by telephone, electronically or in person. In addition, the position will require the use of CRM systems and ensuring clients maintain a positive account balance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be process oriented and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service or supply chain capacity. Strong preference will be given to candidates with SAP or other ERP systems experience. The role requires strong English written and verbal skills and ideally work experience in the Middle East region.
