Salary: up to 8,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is an international manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket 4WD accessories. The company’s product range contains a host of different accessories, from vehicle specific applications to a range of accessories which are suitable no matter what vehicle you own.

Job Role:
- Resolves customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
- Greets customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem
- Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Documents / logistics support for customer orders

Requirements

Requirements:
- Male/ Female, 25-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Any Arabic Nationality
- At least 2 years of relevant experience; experience working in car parts is an advantage
- Candidates from Aftersales type background is a plus
- Available immediately or after 1-month notice will be considered
- Excellent communication skills
