Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Customer Service role in a financial institution in Dubai.

- Receive customers into the branch and served them in a professional and polite manner
- Provide customers with the required information and answered their questions
- Work with documents, filing paper work and checking information
- Copy reports and processing credit cards for customers in a timely fashion
- Dealing with products and services, such as: Opening account and answering questions
- Performed problem identification, problem analysis, and problem resolution for customers
- Enhanced employee morale, satisfaction, and work flow improvement through positive attitude
- Improved customer satisfaction levels and provided client support

Requirements

- UAE National
- 1 year customer service/reception required
- High School Certificate
- Be able to work in a Conventional Bank or Financial institution

Skills:
- Computer knowledge such as: Microsoft Office software programs; i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel
- Customer service type personality
- Able to function with minimal supervision
