Employment: Full Time

A leading regional Shopping Mall is seeking to recruit experienced Customer Services Advisors to work in their busy team.

You will be responsible for dealing with queries from tenants and members of the public and ensuring that all queries are taken seriously and dealt with in a professional and polite manner.

You will be expected to answer calls adhering to the Mall customer service policy and conduct yourself in a pleasant and professional manner at all times.

Requirements

The successful candidate will already have a minimum of 2-5 years experience of working as a customer advisor, ideally in a large and busy organisation. You must be able to speak both Arabic and English and have an excellent telephone manner.

The ability to deal with pressured situations and also remain calm at all times is essential as is the ability to solve problems and offer solutions. This is a great opportunity to join a great team and work in a wonderful positive environment.
