Job description / Role
Our client is a prestigious professional services firm with excellent training and development opportunities, and a credible reputation worldwide. They are seeking a Cyber Security Manager to provide high-level risk and IT security services consulting.
General responsibilities will include:
* Assessing, designing and implementing security strategies on behalf of clients, as well as establishing governance frameworks
* Providing security solutions and implementations, as part of transformation programmes to address issues like vulnerability scanning, remediation, threat management, user awareness etc.
* Designing and implementing security policies and procedures
* Implementing data protection programs such as GDPR
* Placing security measures on platforms such as mobile device platforms, cloud (IaaS, SaaS)
* Identify any potential leads in the market
Requirements
As a Manager, you will possess the following:
* Degree in Computer Science or related field
* At least 7 years' experience working in cyber security
* Proven knowledge and understanding of cyber security standards such as ISO 27001, HIPAA
* Proven experience working in consulting or professional services
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work individually and drive a high-performing team
