JOB OBJECTIVE:

As the Cybersecurity Lab Manager, you will manage and develop a long-term project that provides a public facing service alongside one of our key government partners in the UAE. The Lab Manager will be responsible for managing a state of the art training, development and research facility. He/she will deliver and manage end-to-end service, maintain service level agreements and achieve the key performance indicators. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the build and operation of the facility.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities of successful candidate include:

- Lead the day to day operations of the service
- Manage facility staff
- Ensure that defined KPIs are achieved
- Complete market studies to drive service improvement.
- Develop new ways to increase the activity in the facility with novel training, development and research service offerings.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and negotiate with new partners.
- Build a cybersecurity ecosystem around the facility and service.
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
- Maintain and develop the service business plan.

Requirements

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience in similar service management roles.
- Previous experience running training facilities.
- Good understanding of several cybersecurity domains
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Relevant degree in IT or Cybersecurity
- MBA is preferred

- Good combination between analytical and pragmatic skills.
- Ability to turn strategy into action.
- Excellent communications & commercial negotiation skills
- Technical Background in Cybersecurity or Information Systems
