Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As part of our Data Entry Team, you will be responsible in the collection of data for entry from relevant IT application, authenticate correctness of data collected and upload the same in the system

You will be part of our Hertz operations based in Dubai, reporting to the Admin Team Leader. You are also required to maintain an efficient and effective record management as well as generate reports for inquiries regarding entered data.

Requirements

You should have at least 2 years experience within an office based job, performing administrative functions or similar. Candidate holding a Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business/ Secretarial is preferred.

You should have good planning and organizing skills as well as problem solving and decision making ability. This role also requires attention to details and includes the ability to operate various work processing software and spreadsheets.
