Data Fraud Analyst

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:
1.Exception Reports Operator: Working closely with IT Department and retail section system driver to understand and improve available or newly created Exception Reports such as; Refund/Edit/Void/Exchange/No-Sale/Staff & Customer discount and promotional transactions.

2.Support LP field team with Investigation: Extract and produce data fraud reports generated from systems by highlighting abnormal and suspicious transaction leading to potential fraud or breach of company SOP and Polices to LP field team for an investigation.

3.Data Base: Create and maintain data base for all POS and Stock Movement related activities in other to measure increase or decrease in all activities as well as Fraud.

4.Preventative Measures/Case Studies: To work closely with LP field team by analyzing internal investigations where the offence/s committed were undetected or it could have been flagged by existing data fraud tools or the need to generate/create new improved reports to ensure any re occurrence is prevented or detected.

Requirements

• Reports to LP Project Manager

• Required qualifications: excellent excel, IT and Exceptional reports knowledge, data mining, data analyst

• Worked with any of following operating systems: Microsoft Dynamic/SAP ERP/Aries/Micro/Oracle/XBR/GOLD
