Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A reputable Automotive company is currently recruiting for a Dealer Care Coordinator.

General Responsibilities:
- Enquiries - Manage all parts related enquiries from dealers and internal customers.
- Orders – Monitor dealer orders and support dealers in achieving optimal order flows.
- Orders – Coordinate with dealer and inventory management where exceptional order quantities are required to ensure minimal impact on business KPI and operations.
- Orders – Coordinate and process all car key orders.
- Orders – Manual enter dealer orders as needed, e.g. eParts system off line.
- Orders – Expedite all dealer orders with appropriate functions.
- Claims - Evaluate and process all parts delivery claims from dealers.
- Returns – Coordinate all parts returns, including factory parts recalls from dealers.
- Exchange Parts - Monitor and support dealers in achieving optimal order flows.
- Regulatory – Support all dealers in obtaining all necessary Regulatory requirements for all importation / exportation of parts orders / returns
- Accounts – Monitor dealer accounts for open invoices, debit and credit notes.
- Accounts – Perform all necessary actions for establishing new dealer parts accounts and closing or placing on hold existing accounts.
- Reports – Provide and maintain business reports as required.

Specific Responsibilities
- Bulletins – Coordinate the issuing of factory parts bulletins to dealer network.
- Campaigns – Coordinate planning parts supply to support brand technical campaigns.
- Pricing – Support & implement price updates as required by management in SAP.
- Superseded Parts – Manually maintain superseded parts in SAP.
- Review and update all dealer Standard Operational Procedures as needed, minimum quarterly.
- Review and update all Sales & Distribution training documents as needed, minimum once per year.

Requirements

- University degree - business discipline
- 2 Years customer facing work experience in retail or automobile environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft - Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Excellent Numerical, Written & Verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English Language written and verbal
