Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

In this role, you will analyze and develop the dealer network, focusing on market exploitation and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include implementing network planning, developing business cases, coordinating projects, ensuring standards compliance, conducting audits, managing compliance partners, activating showrooms, conducting surveys, coordinating business plans, implementing sales quality programs, and training sales consultants.

Main Responsibilities:
• Implement network planning and develop business cases with dealers.
• Analyze network coverage and capacity.
• Coordinate projects with dealers and HQ.
• Ensure standards compliance and conduct regular standards audits, follow up on agreed actions and co-ordination with the SME business units.
• Conducting ongoing due diligence on Compliance Business Partners using the BPDD process and ensuring that their renewals are always up to date.
• Showroom activation and innovations i.e. implementation of retail digital strategy.
• Conduct annual dealer satisfaction survey (DSS)
• Coordinate business plans and reviews.
• Implement sales quality programs and processes.
• Facilitate sales reports and development plans.
• Select and assess sales consultants.
• Ensure sales network qualification and certification.
• Develop sales training strategies.

Requirements

Key Competencies & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales.
• Strong knowledge of automotive KPIs.
• Strong project management experience
