Job description / Role
As a part of the sales team you will run the business for each location you are assigned to, for all departments in both Sales and Aftersales.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Direct, motivate, and coach Branch employees to assure they consistently offer superior levels of service to the guest.
- Lead and maximize the performance of all the branch operational functions: New Car Sales, Used Car Sales, Mechanical / Body & Paint Services (where applicable), Spare Parts, Accessories, Personnel Dpt. and related Support Services Dept.
- Set the standards for integrity, ethics, and job performance.
- Ensure branch compliance with company mission, vision, values, and all Government regulations relating to employment, compensation, safety, harassment, and discrimination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
The job holder should have a minimum 5 years automotive industry experience with at least 2 years as a Branch or Service Manager.
