Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

DED License Coordinator and Office Administrator, Dubai

• Greet new clients and answer queries on costs and availability
• Coordinate DED paperwork to assist clients with company set up
• General administrative assistance including basic IT support
• Ensure that move in/move out procedures are followed
• Meeting room booking support and queries
• Assisting with sales and business development
• Maintain and develop working relationships with clients
• Other task as per necessity

Requirements

Background

• Business level fluency in written and spoken English
• Currently based in Dubai
• Highly proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience in the steps required to submit new business paperwork to the DED
• Great customer service skills and the ability to multitask
• Initiative and drive to work on their own but be a team player also

To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Dubai, with at least 2 years previous experience in DED business license set-up. This is a fantastic opportunity for a positive, hardworking candidate to gain great all rounder experience with a growing company.
