Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Main purpose of the role

- To recruit, manage, develop and expand customer base while increasing SKU per operator (HORECA and Local Chain Accounts)
- Coordinates activities with all essential functions (internal/external) stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

- Owns and manages HORECA customers to achieve sales targets and other KPIs
- Builds relationships with customers to become their trusted advisor
- Provides customers with complete culinary solutions based on their needs, macro environment, and the UFS product portfolio (Food and Tea)
- Cooks and prepares meals for customers to showcase UFS products in application
- Provides win-win solutions for customers and UFS
- Adds new product listings to existing and newly acquired customers
- Helps customers increase revenue and/or efficiency in their establishment
- Promotes ways to increase consumption of different SKU's
- Takes calculated risks to retain customers, and in developing/negotiating contracts
- Generates flexible solutions to problems & opportunities
- Makes financial profitability based decisions
- Executes marketing derived initiatives across the year
- Collects and reports market trends and insights

- Chefs, Purchasing/Procurement Managers, Operation Managers, Cost controllers
- Relevant Skills and Experience needed:
- 2+ years' experience in outdoor Food & Beverages sales
- 2+ years' experience working in the UAE market
- Background in Hospitality management/ Out of home/ F&B sales/ pharmaceutical sales
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
- Excellent command in Windows and Microsoft applications
- Selling and analytic skills
- Have a car and a UAE drivers license
