Job description / Role
• Support the station commi chefs in achieving key performance indicators and optimal line efficiency within the company safety and quality policies.
• Ensure the use of station recipe manuals procedures to give a consistent platform for carrying out operations.
• Ensure that the materials are available and on line in timely a timely manner;
• Monitor and control waste in the station while working in optimum quality and speed
• Take action as instructed for all out of spec food orders especially when needed to do food tasting on new menu
Requirements
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience in a mid-high end casual dining restaurant
• Candidates with a background of Mediterranean Cuisines will be an advantage
• Candidates who can join on August 1 will be prioritized
