Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations starting from Schedules & Bookings, Confirmations & Cancelling, Check-in & Registration of patient and Check-out & Invoicing. Responsibilities:
- Have good experience in Customer Service, welcoming and greeting customers as well as patients.
- Booking appointment: schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimize the dentist's schedule and managing any changes or cancellations. Coordinate with patients and clinic to avoid delayed appointments.
- Assist the registered nurse in personal care procedures to patients as required to meet the personal needs and comfort of assigned patients and escort patients across the clinic.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of the patient. Update patient information, including personal details and medical history, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Process patient paperwork
- Process the check-out of patient accordingly making sure that next appointment has been scheduled and invoice is prepared & signed, patient payment completed.
- Answer patient's personal calls or WhatsApp/SMS message and provide accurate information about dental services, pricing and relay requests to appropriate individual if required.
- Maintain office records, pick up urgent medical records and X-ray folders and /or return them to the appropriate person when assigned.
- Stock and replenish supplies and equipment as required, pick up and deliver supplies if necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to Patient and Organization.
- Work cooperatively with all clinical staff to provide quality patient treatments in a positive team approach.
- Adhere to all Clinic policies and procedures.
- Performs all other duties as required or assigned.

Salary:
AED 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission

Requirements

Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Time-management
- Good experience in Reception and high level of experience in Customer Service - Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
- Fluent English (Russian, Arabic optionally)
- MS office skills

- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures.
- Experience in Medical Clinic / Polyclinic / Dental Aesthetics / Hospital customer service.
