Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned retail organisation. Our client is looking to hire a Deputy General Manager (Retail Operations).
This role will be responsible for planning and driving retail operations through the implementation and maintenance of professional retail standards across all stores. You will ensure maximum sales and profitability as well as optimum stocking levels and an increase in customer satisfaction.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in retail operations. It is essential you have a background in setting up new stores and driving business growth. Strong business acumen, solid negotiation and leadership skills are also crucial for this position. Experience in a similar role with a value retailer would be highly beneficial.
