Deputy Project Manager up to 45k Aed for a Construction and Engineering Company in Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Lead and direct technical and administrative project team
• Execute and monitor project activities
• Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work
• Coordinate priorities and resources between multiple projects
• Prepare and update project plans and status reports
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings of personnel related to project
• Allocate appropriate resources to ensure projects are completed within given time and budget
• Report status, develop project-related documentation and implement lessons learned
• Assist with the production of budget estimates for project deliverables
• Analyse requirements for clarity, completeness and consistency
• Support the development of coherent work plans and budgets for all activities in the project
• Upon commencement of project implementation, assists in the management of finance, human and information resources to maintain a good project management system
Requirements
• POSITION: Deputy Project Manager
• SALARY: up to 45,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Construction and Engineering Company
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to European and Arabic nationals
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Open for candidates within GCC
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration And any related course
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project development and management from an EPC / Oil and Gas industry
• Electromechanical background is a must
• Middle East Engineering work experience is a plus
• Advanced knowledge in using PRINCE or any related Project Management ERPs
• Excellent communication and management skills
