Employment: Full Time

Luxury retail business is expanding and requires a Deputy Retail Operations Manager to join its growing team.

Working closely with our client on a number of strategically important appointments we have been charged with locating a high calibre retail operations professional who has experience within the UAE market and within luxury retail in particular.

As a premium supplier of luxury items our client is well regarded within its industry. We have enjoyed recent success placing a number of sales & marketing professionals and building from this we require someone who has strong operational experience for this role.

Requirements

As Deputy Retail Operations Manager you will hold previous experience in handling large operations involving more than 15 team members which includes sales staff.

At the request of our client we require:
- At least 7 + years of experience
- Excellent leadership skills and previous experience in managing experienced and senior store managers.
- Experience in start-up operations of stores including dealing with mall management, vendors and government entities
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Experienced in managing vendors
- Experience in people management issues related to retail – rotas, performance appraisals, hiring etc.

This role will be based out of the businesses head office in Abu Dhabi and the business would like the successful candidate to be based there.
