Job description / Role
- To coordinate the effective operation of the Design Department in coordination with the Technical Services Department to ensure that hotel and resort projects are delivered to the operational team in a timely and professional manner
- To provide assistance to the owner’s Project/Development Team specifically for design in line with the Technical Services Agreement and to ensure the operational requirements for design are properly considered throughout the stages of the project development
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Architecture/Interior Design
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to travel on regular basis.
- Proven planning and design skills
- Good knowledge of design computer software’s (CAD, Adobe Photoshop etc.)
- Good command of English language
Desirable:
- Master’s Degree in Architecture
- MBA
- Held similar position with a luxury hotel group/hospitality related business
- Basic computer skills such as MS office
- Arabic speaking advantageous
