Design Director

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a prestigious engineering consultancy. Our client is looking to hire a Design Director to join their Dubai office.

The company has an extended project book and has recently been awarded multiple projects in relation to municipality-backed initiatives. The company has already completed projects across commercial, residential and cultural sectors. They also have a dedicated interiors division.

Requirements

You will lead the creative aspects of projects undertaken. In addition, you will develop overall design concepts and design presentation strategies as well as conceptual and schematic design. You will also manage design development, space planning and construction documentation.

The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 20 years’ experience within a related industry. It is essential you have significant GCC experience.
