Design Director

Job description / Role

- Ability to use new software of Design Drafting, like Autocad, Revit, etc.
- High level of time management skills
- Ability to create and develops design details and has knowledge of unique design perspective to bring new approaches to design processes and strategy
- Ability to lead the creative interior efforts of projects, developing overall design concepts and design presentation strategies, conceptual and schematic design as well as design development, space planning and construction documentation.

Requirements

- Minimum of 20 years of related experience in design and preferably Master of Architecture.
- Present in the UAE as expatriate for 5 years out of the total 20 years of minimum experiences, and have experience of running creative multi-cultural teams to deliver Design solutions
- Experience working in huge and reputed Engineering Consultancy Firm, handling big projects and managing an international team
- Has high level of coordination between Architectural and other design disciplines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and work as a Team Leader
