Job description / Role
Design Manager – United Arab Emirates
Global Engineering Projects client is one of the Middle East’s leading developers, they have been responsible for some of Dubai’s most iconic residential buildings.
With many new projects ongoing we are seeking Design Managers to manage the design from concept through to project completion. Managing all in house technical teams and liaising with and monitoring external consultants.
We require someone who can manage all project cost, schedule and quality. You will be monitoring KPIs throughout the contract.
Requirements
You will have experience on major residential developments with a preference for high rise. You should have minimum of 15 years post graduate experience with a degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
