As part of a larger organization, in partnership with a British Contractor - this is a leading contractor in the UAE
Carrying out work within the retail, hotel and leisure, corporate offices and residential (villas / palaces) sectors
Over 75 years' experience in the region
Priding themselves on Innovative Solutions and delivering the most demanding standards of finishes

A Design Manager is required to:
* Manage design process
* Push and manage the process of getting material approvals ect
* Manage client; being main point of contact
* oversee and lead in house design team including designers and draftsman
Requirements
* Interior design knowledge
* Degree Qualified
* Experience working with a main contractor or interior fit-out contractor
* Experience in the UAE market
* Proven track record and high caliber portfolio
* Experience and capability of managing Client, managing design process and helping keep timeline managed
* Experience and capability of managing Multi-Nationality teams
* Ambitious, confident and diverse attitude
* Strong communicator - fluent in English spoken and written
