Description
For the role of Design Manager - Ladies wear fashion, we are looking for an experienced professional who wants to work for a leading fashion organization.
As Design Manager - Ladies wear fashion you will be responsible to develop seasonal ranges based on market trends and research. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of designers to create ranges ensuring standard and quality is maintained.
In order to be considered for Design Manager - Ladies wear fashion you must have experience in developing, leading and managing teams and have experience in a similar role previously.

Requirements
The Design Manager - Ladies wear fashion would have the following skill set:
- Bachelors qualification in Fashion Design.
- 7-10 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Has experience managing and leading teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have previously designed ranges in ladies wear.
