Job description / Role
International main contractor with excellent track record in the Middle East delivering large scale prominent developments are currently seeking a Design Manager to join their team.
This individual will be working at pre contract stages overseeing largescale design and build projects up to schematic stage of design.
Managing consultants and internal teams over the life of the project to ensure design efficiency and within budget and on time delivery of largescale projects.
Requirements
This individual will have 5-10 years experience, with most recent experience ideally in the UAE working for a main contractor.
Degree in Civil/Structural/Architecture is required with technical knowledge across disciplines, on projects delivered in the UAE.
An excellent English communicator, but with the aptitude to take on new responsibilities on largescale projects.
Will suit a professional who is looking to learn more on largescale High End design projects, working within a wide respected Main Contractor.
