Taylor Sterling requires a strong client facing Design Project Manager to join a high end architectural design firm that is dedicated to creating innovative buildings that are timeless, environmentally sustainable, and contextually inspired.
Client specialises in mixed use, high rise, hospitality, office, and residential projects. The Design Project Manager will oversee several projects to ensure each project meets established deadlines and financial guidelines, manage design and site teams and have regular client meetings.
Requirements
- Developing expectations for the project to ensure its completed in accordance with established quality standards and time frames; developing budgets, purchasing required materials, as well as scheduling the delivery for each phase of the project
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years experience including several years in the Middle East
