Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To provide service to end users at various business units and lead the current desktop support staff
- Handles installation, Configurations and troubleshooting of network devices and email, when required.
- Provides maintenance and monitoring services for window servers.
- Installs and configures software in server and workstation systems.
- Ensure timely resolution and explain the support resolution to the end-users.
- Maintain proper record of all incidents and maintain accurate IT asset list.
- Initiate and follow-up the procurement cycle of the IT assets.

Requirements

- 5 to 10 year experience servicing end-users in a fast paced, demanding business environment
- Excellent Windows and desktop support skills.
- Good understanding of the IT network environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills needed to service the end-users and explain the support resolution.
- Must display patience, perseverance and tolerance to user errors.
