Detailer/Draftsman

Job description / Role

- Prepare dimensional drawings, installation drawings and more complex drawings.
- Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes.
- Reviews blueprints, plans, specifications and other customer documentation if service is requested.
- Maintain notes, design calculations and other documentation (like drawings, bill of materials, list of design parameters, and performance guarantees) for future reference.
- Establish filing guidelines for drawings to maintain up-to-date drawings.
- Reviewing information for completeness and accuracy.
- Checks plans.
- Transform AUTOCAD drawing into 3D drawings (if required)
- Prepare assembly and detail drawings on the basis of the information and instruction provided.
- Make necessary calculations for drawing development.
- Prepares and assists in drawing revisions are required.
- Prepares As-built drawings in the prescribed computer sheet given by the Client/Consultant and assist in Project close-Outs.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
- Perform detailed and joinery drawings

Requirements

Applicants should have experience in detailed drawings, shop drawings and joinery drawings.

Experience and knowledgeable in fit out and joinery works can be an advantage.

Any nationality can apply.
