Development Manager - UAE
Client are one of the leading construction and real estate developers in the UAE, they are currently involved in some of the most prestigious developments in the UAE.
They are looking to hire an experienced Development Manager in DUBAI.
Responsibilities:
* Conceive financially viable projects in line with the Divisions Development strategy and the requirements of client representative.
* Initiate and obtain the necessary approvals for feasibility studies.
* Obtain the required internal & external approvals to allow the project to proceed.
* Manage the process by which consultants and contractors are appointed.
* Prepare outline and detailed design using approved resources.
* Ensure "Third Party" Project Managers provide adequate support in the design, tendering, consultant /contractors appointment and project execution.
* Ensure the design, technical, quality and leasing specifications of projects are achieved through to completion and handover.
* Provide regular feedback with regard to project status and costs to "client" Divisions.
* Manage a small team of Development Managers
Requirements
* Minimum of 10 years experience in Real Estate
* Experience in working with developers/client side
* Degree in engineering or architecture
* UAE experience essential
* Arabic speaking advantageous
