Development Manager

Job description / Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for Development Manager focusing on Schools designing and development to join a rapidly growing developer in the UAE. A leading group with various projects in the UAE and MENA region are looking for a Development Manager for several schemes in the GCC region.

Requirements

We prefer candidates (Architects/Designers) who have experience in School designing and development.

Work experience:
- Minimum 8 years of real estate project and development management experience, with a track record in completed real estate projects, ideally which include large School projects
- Prior experience with an established and reputable developer in the MENA region
- Solid grasp of approvals, design & construction process.
- Capable of representing the client in meetings with partners, lenders/investors, consultants and other third parties
