Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a major client side developer based in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire a Development Manager to manage various highly prestigious mixed use projects.

You will report to the Head of Development in a large team and be responsible for the entire site development cycle from a design and business perspective. You will implement policies and procedures and drive the business forward showing vision. You will still remain hands-on to an extent advising on strategies for the hard and soft services of the engineering team beneath you.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have experience of managing major projects within the GCC, particularly the UAE. The desired candidate should hold a construction based Degree (basic qualifications are acceptable). It is essential you have experience of managing a form of high rise towers coupled with a solid 10 to 15 years’ experience in mixed use development. You should also demonstrate a corporate mentality, be proficient in handling stakeholder management duties and have the ability to liaise and deal with VIP clients and high profile figures.
