Job description / Role
Client is a leading developer in the UAE has an urgent requirement for Development Manager with a strong background in Architecture and Project Management.
The successful candidate will be required to complete the following tasks:
- project management
- site reviews
- feasibility studies
- design review
- authority liaison
Requirements
Suitably qualified applicants are invited to apply who fulfill the following requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or similar qualification.
- minimum 15 - 20 years experience with some exposure to the UAE market.
- ideally have worked for a developer, with additional experience with contractors, cost consultants and architectural practices.
