Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The primary role of a Digital Account Executive will be to assist the Digital Account Manager and the Digital Account Director in managing the Digital Client Accounts within GMASCO. As such the primary responsibilities will include; arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements, supporting the Digital Account Manager in taking in client’s day to day briefs and in the preparation of creative briefs for the creative team, quality control of all work that is submitted to clients, liaising and following up projects and campaign deliverables with the digital creative team, ensuring timely delivery of all jobs and projects assigned, monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly, writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated, ensuring that the campaign and project stays within the allocated budget

Administration tasks such as preparation of estimates, getting client approvals, purchase orders, billing and payment follow-ups, offering creative ideas to the account manager to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects, liaison with external suppliers, keeping oneself stimulated and in line with the market trends to achieve maximum productivity

Requirements

Candidates will be educated to graduate level or equivalent and possess knowledge of Digital Marketing (at-least 1-2 years), experience in supporting the creation of websites/microsites/multimedia projects and innovative integrated online campaigns. (1 - 2 years) The minimum requirement to be eligable for this role is 1-2 years’ experience in a digital design agency or multimedia environment in an equivalent position.

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal are a prerequisite of this role

To be successful you will have a background in Information Technology or Digital Media and Multimedia Industry, knowledge of online and programming technology and terminology, previous experience of implementing; SEO, SEM,, Integrated web campaign, promotions, mobile apps. Etc… (1-2 years), continuous learning and keep up with new online media trends and sharing of knowledge with the team.
