Employment: Full Time

With the constantly changing environment/consumer trends in the digital/online industry and its increasing impact on the marketing, branding and marketing communication strategies. A Digital Account Manager needs to keep pace with the trends and have the expertise required to assist the AFG SBU’s in the roll-out of the respective Digital/Online marketing Initiatives.

Reporting into the Digital Account Director your main priorities will be to ensure client requests are dealt with promptly and that expectations are managed in terms of speed, delivery and quality, manage all jobs to ensure they are scheduled on time, to budget and appropriately monitored, ensure due diligence such as research or background information is prepared for design briefs, pitches or presentations, lead and contribute to creative briefing meetings with clients, distinguish between a good and poor client brief and ask the right questions to help formulate a clearer brief before it is accepted, ensure the interactive design team has the relevant information and materials required to deliver the best creative product, approve all briefs and ensure client approval, where appropriate, before briefing the interactive design team, demonstrate the ability to work with the design team to construct an Information Architecture if and when required, ensure all creative work is signed off, proof read and all mandatory requirements have been included before presenting to the client / leaving the Agency, present creative concepts to clients with credibility/conviction

You must also be proficient in design production and technical development including being confident to work with the design team to construct an Information Architecture if and when required, build contacts of reliable digital/multimedia services suppliers (design and development) within the UAE. Ensure the suppliers meet the security standards of Al-Futtaim Group, demonstrate good understanding and experience of managing the process of technical backend development of websites/microsites/multimedia campaigns.

Requirements

This is a very niche role and we are looking for only the top talent to join our exciting team at GMASCO. To be eligable for this role candidates must have project management experience in creating websites or online media campaigns along with a minimim of 3 years' experience in an interactive design agency and 6 - 8 years' experience in the digital marketing communications industry.

You will have a background in Information Technology or Digital Media and have implemented SEO, SEM, Integrated web campaigns and online games.
