Digital Creative Designer

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading creative agency, are recruiting for a Digital Creative Designer to join their digital team and work alongside the various departments in their office.

The Digital Designer would be expected to work on design elements of all projects and would the help in the development and production of all design elements provided in the brief guidelines. There would be an expectation to work under the direction of Lead Digital Designers and the Creative director and supporting the wider creative teams too for the successful production of digital and multi-channel projects.

Responsibilities would include:
- Support the Digital Lead Designers in the creation of wireframes and creative layout of designs which includes websites, mobile apps, iPad Apps, banner ads, html emails, native apps, etc
- Help with the creative and development teams with production of digital assets when requested which would include vector or digital images.
- Provide assistance in multimedia including audio capture and basic editing, video capture and formatting, basic video editing
- Communicate clearly across the Digital team and the wider company where providing updates about briefs and work progress
- Attend meetings with clients, where appropriate, for clarity, to assist in pitches and to troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements

- Bachelors’ degree qualification in related subject
- Previous experience of 3-4 years in a similar role
- Proven experience using Adobe software
- Proven experience in Powerpoint and Keynote
- Good understanding of UI/UX design and digital usability
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Ability to explain clearly design ideas
