Digital Data Analyst

Job description / Role

Quest is working with a highly successful F&B company in the Middle East, looking for a Digital Data Analyst to join their team in Dubai. We are looking for candidates with at least 4 years relevant experience in a similar role and capacity, within the E-commerce industry.

As a Digital Data Analyst, you will:

- Design, develop, and maintain reports dashboards, metrics, and analyses
- Develop and prepare data visualizations and analytics
- Present insights/reports to stakeholders and management team, websites, mobile app and digital campaigns
- Provide recommendations/optimizations that will improve platforms’ data quality and performance
- Identify keyword and display performance trends
- Keep abreast with latest relevant trends and best practices

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Business Management, or similar field
- With at least 3 years’ experience as a Data Analyst in an E-Commerce or Online Retail company
- Strong skills in Google Analytics, Firebase and Adjust
- Proficient in SQL queries, extracting data, and writing code
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (e.g. Tableu)
- Strong attention to details and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or with a team
