Digital Marketing Account Manager

Job description / Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager with a techincal background and strong client servicing skills to join the team and help devise the best internet strategy for our clients. You’ll play a key role on a new team that is developing a big thing, my client an innovative marketing technology and services to help our clients grow their businesses.

You’ll work your marketing magic with several clients, and help them perfect their marketing activities. You’ll optimize their websites, marketing efforts, social media content, and Google and Facebook ad campaigns. In addition, you’ll work with our product team to create breakthrough marketing features that truly meet their needs.

Responsibilities
- Assist in building marketing programs for our clients
- Provide outstanding support and relationship-building
- Track progress of multiple accounts
- Own and manage projects with multiple stakeholders, both ongoing and on an ad hoc basis
- Use advanced optimization techniques for SEO, advertisements, mobile and social media
- Help drive internet client strategy, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Provide the product team with complete work reports
- Assist the product team in implementing your findings in the final product

Requirements

The perfect candidate will have a technical background with great client servicing skills.

- 3 + years of experience in Product Management in the internet arena
- Solution Selling
- Account management experience
- Ability to drive revenue
- Experience in the Automotive industry an advantage
- 3 + years of experience in online marketing - SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital PR- advantage
- Strong communication and client-servicing skills
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Experience in customer sales and support, account management or consulting – advantage
- Ability to travel (20%)
