Job description / Role
As the Digital Marketing Director you will lead the long-term and short-term digital marketing strategy for all brands under the holding company. Each has their own unique offering and all require innovative and best in class digital communication, tactics and technologies

Description
* Develop and embed a digital engagement strategy including web front-end ownership of website network, based on the overall strategy of the company.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to devise a comprehensive digital plan
* Digital media & website management & social media management
* Manage and/or oversee all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
* Oversee all social media accounts and pages and ensure the messaging is consistent
* Lead the analysis and monitoring of digital activity using Google Analytics and other tools
* Manage and develop relationships with third party digital agencies
* Plan and manage the execution of all digital marketing communications, including SEO/SEM, sponsored/paid search, marketing database, email, SMS, social media and display advertising campaigns.
* Plan and prepare budgets for the digital marketing function in line with the overall marketing Budget

Requirements
* Bachelor's required, Master's degree in Marketing, PR or Communications is preferred
* Minimum 10 -12 years of relevant working experience in Digital Marketing experience in real estate or any luxury brands
* Prior experience creating digital strategies for ultra luxury brands is highly preferred
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Middle East region is preferred.
* Record in increasing web traffic, conversion and growing online engagement and leads
* Knowledge of digital marketing ranging from website management, SEO/SEM, PPC, email and databases, organic and paid social media and marketing automation
* Experience in using sales force and other marketing automation platforms
