Digital Marketing Director - Agency - Profit Share (Agency Experience Essential)
We have an exciting position arise within our agency for a motivated, experienced digital marketing director, who has worked agency-side and has exceptional drive and business development skills.
Dubai based, will be responsibility of generating, winning and servicing new clients.
This job entails providing key strategic input on the strategies, plans & deliverables. The lead also has the responsibility for account profitability, business development and maintaining high level contact with key clients.
Requirements
- Must have an entrepreneurial drive
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in Digital experience and understanding
- Agency experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills, including math proficiency
- High level technical skills - particularly in Adwords and SEO
- Fantastic communicator
- Ability to provide excellent client service
- Solid financial management skills
- Strong up to date understanding of: search, social media, mobile marketing, tracking and tagging, behavioural marketing, retargeting & addressability
- Vision for defining digital consumer insights
- Knowledge of emerging media space
- Expertise in at least one emerging media
- Good understanding and experience with offline media, DR, CRM
Agency experience is a must.
