Reporting to the Directors, this role will be responsible for the creation and delivery of digital marketing campaigns and communications to increase our client's website presence and building brand awareness, resulting in sales growth in line with the sales and marketing strategy.


As Digital Marketing Executive, your main responsibilities will be:
- Create, deliver and evaluate a wide range of online campaigns including SEO, PPC, remarketing and social media, championing new tools and techniques to exploit sales opportunities.
- Implement the tactical activities to maximise our client's online presence to increase traffic to the website and generate new lead enquiries.
- Responsible for developing our client's social media footprint, and integrating with other marketing activity.
- Responsible for ensuring the organic SEO is effective, identifying areas for 'paid for' SEO where necessary.
- Help create and deliver dynamic digital content for the website, including video.
- Raise brand reputation and expert opinion through online PR - eg blogs, social, press releases.
- Research, create and measure online 'paid for' advertisement opportunities.
- Work with other organisations as a communication route for promoting our client - eg email subscribers of relevant industry magazines.
- Produce newsletters for current customers
- Generate, evaluate and provide reports and statistics on the effectiveness of online campaigns and other activity undertaken as required.
- Support marketing events (preparation and attendance).
- Support the process of continuous improvement by identifying areas for development.
- Follow organisational and departmental quality standards and procedures.

Requirements

To be considered for this Digital Marketing Executive role, it's imperative that you are of a creative nature with a natural flair for writing creative and engaging copy.

Furthermore, we're looking for individuals with the following requirements:
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent, or substantial experience in marketing, digital or communications role.
- Experience in delivering integrated digital campaigns.
- Good understanding of current digital marketing concepts and best practice.
- Experience working with social and digital platforms.
- Experience using email / SMS text software.
- A good understanding of basic HTML.
- Experience using design software, eg Adobe Creative Suite
- Good knowledge of website development software, eg Dreamweaver, Wordpress
- Experience of website content management systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Excellent IT skills and good knowledge of CRM systems.
- Good understanding of Google analytics and social media reporting software.
- Experience of working to targets with results driven outcomes.
- Understanding of the sales and marketing environments and commercial activity.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work independently.
